Geesh, 102 congressmen and 27 Democratic senators voted for that. That's crazy. Then it was signed by Bill Clinton.

 yes, it seems 132 repugs in the house and 34 repug Senators voted for that. simple math reveals the republican victory.

They cant hide their votes.
