How in the hell does shit like this happen? ALL school buses are required ta STOP! Open the exit door, look, wait, and listen before crossing tracks, even if they appear unused. So WTF applies here?

What's the problem now? Why can't Troll open lynxes? They're a shortcut to get to the article/clip of concern. In theis case railroad news. A potential problem crossing gate arm problem. At a grade crossing. can't you understand how linkses work? Are you a dumb ass, or what?
