They've taken to Lebanon, Oregon as well. Nobody seems ta worry about 'em though. Local cops leave the birds alone, and most of the 17,000 residents living in town seem ta like seeing turkeys stop traffic on Main Street, and give them wide berth when they take over the streets!

They don't seem interested in raiding houses, or taking hostages, or robbing banks. They're here! And it's likely they'll stay!

I see a cooperative, peaceful effort developing, involving humane killing,

and slow roasting stuffed with spiced apples, vidalias, wild rice, cranberries and sage.

Mebbe a modest spoonful of quality organic seasoned salt.

I've noticed I have the need for "overproof" booze. Started with "151 Rum" as a
splash on top necessity. Then/now is 100 proof vodka. Never ventured down the
"Wild Turkey Trail". Interesting that a track in Everett WA on the BN was named the
"Turkey Trail". It was a dead end track accessible from Lowell that eastbound pick-up
cars were shoved to the end of track. Oh the days when the BN eastbounds out of
Interbay picked-up at Everett.

Yeah, there was one on Williamson too. They were both routes through the yard. Nothing like that in Gest St.

Park 7. Uh, PY 9. About as good as it got, in Cy's memory, unless you get to go CUT, which summons memories of Zippys CUT dance and chant.

It's hard to believe all South bounds don't go to the CUT and the north bounds out at Hopple. It's hard to do when the other RR always has a train tied down there for hours.
It's a real sweet set up.

Gest Street, hemmed in on both sides by the competition and nowhere to expand or change it. Guessing that it worked much better when the competition had run-through trains with it, the B&O ran trains through with Green Flag power all the time, as did PC.
