Talk about a shock to me...Mike Bettis signed off WUTV with the news that Kelley Williamson and Randy were involved
in a tragic traffic accident and both died. Driver was Kelly and blew through a stop sign and hit another storm chaser at a
"crossroads" in the middle of nowhere Texas and its was a massive hit. One of the storm chasers in the other vehicle died.
There is Kelly Williamson's last You Tube webcast on March 28th if you want watch. Seemed like business as usual until
it ends. I really enjoyed/appreciated Kelley Williamson contributions to the Weather Channel and his speech style and
knowledge and was a great weather reporter and more. Usually Randy does all the driving normally except for today.
Pretty sure they both knew/agreed that they would probly die at the same time when they took on the Weather Channel
assignment...from a tornado.
