Looked like ongoing tattoo removal to Snippy.

I think I figured it out. Since it's NBC, her tatt was unacceptable, so that is Hair and Makeups attempt at covering it up. If I was at home, I could try and find her instagram to see what the offending tattoo is. Looks like some type of Betty Boop
