His biggest problem is that he thinks there are actually humans involved somewhere, anywhere in any of the process. My mother used to think there was somebody messing with her when she got her password "close", but not quite right. they were just playing games by being so picky.

We were out in the snowstorm shopping yesterday and saw some very aggressive pricing

on cheap Chinese made Halloween costumes and shwag. Like, $1.75 (c) phor light that were 

put on the shelf at $20. Little bit of peace and quiet before the relentless assault of Xmas muzak.
