OCOEE, Fla. (WFLA/NBC) ? An argument over alcohol led to a shooting in central Florida.

Police said Lathon Jean Yee, 39, shot a stranger Oct. 9 after refused to take a shot of liquor.

According to police, Yee and Eric Meeks, also 39, were inside Frank?s Place in Ocoee when they got into an argument.

Security camera video captures the two men walking outside the bar and Yee shooting multiple times at Meeks.

Meeks suffered a gunshot wound in th foot.

Yee turned himself in on Tuesday and was charged with second degree murder.

You shoot a hole in the bottom of something like that and all the blood leaks out. He couldn't run like some people do. Plus, it did happen at Frank's Place.
