Today, I fined a condo for parting late at night with excessive noise.  We have key fobs to gain entrance to the pools, so I let them know they will be locked out until the fine was paid.  They paid up right away.   I had another condo remove their planters that are overhanging a third floor balcony.  A letter to back it up will be sent out on Tuesday.  Towels are hanging over the third floor balcony at another condo.  Another letter to be sent out.  Lets see if they vote me ophph the board in a couple of years.

Ha! The maintenance guys know that they will have more direction on what to work on. They do pretty good, just need to have the priorities set. I will get these scofflaws in line in no time....

A meeting with the woman who owes us and wants us to drop the lawsuit. I am convening the Board, because I want everyone's fingerprints on this decision. Here bank account is locked up she reports.

One woman wanted us to pay to have her freon serviced and that we would be responsible for her pipes on her air conditioning, She started ophph with my lawyer said...... I told her the conversation was done then and she will have to find her own HVAC people. We are going no where near it......

I knew it was sarcastic. What I repeated was a favorite thing to say to a new Airman who called everyone sir.... I am the President, and the Democratic Committee man of my Condo... Does that mean I get more flourishes?
