The elevator piston shit the bed in the clubhouse. It is going to cost $101,000 to repair. I am letting people know that we are probably going to access everyone $455. I doubt I will be a one term President. No one wants to stand up there and tell the bad news.....

I made it out alive. We had a quarterly Condo meeting. They aren't happy that the HOA fees are going up $25 Jan 1 and that they are being assessed $260 to fix the elevator.... As usual, a lot of mouth coming from the usual crowd but none willing to run for the board.

Letters went out for the assessment. A few are saying they won't pay. We charge them 15 percent interest then, and lock them out of the clubhouse and pool. They can't vote for the board either nor run.

We collected over 25K from one the other day. They started bouncing checks they used to comply with our agreement. They were sent back to the lawyer. They sold their place and we collected the back pay. The lawyer pocketed 5k from them for the legal costs. Yesterday, we sent tu more to the lawyer for collection. Both owe just over 1K. I am not phucking around. One person is getting evicted by the Sheriff the first of the year with help from mental health people. That place will be going up for sale. One woman has been ducking papers being served. I got my permit to carry now..... I look over my shoulder more often....
