A Bear man has been arrested on child pornography charges after Delaware State Police say investigators caught him downloading sexual images of children.
According to police, FBI and Delaware Child Predator Task Force agents used a search warrant to enter Erick Clayville's home on Hickory Drive on Thursday. When they arrived, police say Clayville was in the act of downloading pornography. More images were allegedly found on his computer.
Police say the raid and the arrest followed an online, undercover investigation.
Clayville is charged with 29 counts of using a computer to deal in child pornography and one count of distributing child pornography.
