"Salt" is a killer and since it is in everything in staggering
amounts in all processed foods, with no real limits, you
got to figure its fitting in with some "grand plan" by the
forces that want us all dead. Salt is a silent killer. Think
it depends on what kind of parasites you got whether
you prefer "salty" or "sweet". Interesting I dont crave
either.

 The grand plan is simple. Getting people to buy and consume as much "food" product as possible by whatever means are available. It would appear that effects of this process are not considered or given any regard. The truth is that big food and big pharma are in bed together and in many cases are one and the same.

I scream, you scream, we all scream for "ice cream". I've eliminated
it from my diet many years ago. I remember being addicted to Hagen-
das strawberry ice cream in the early 90's. I must have gained 15lbs
before I made the connection and had to let go a taste treat forever.
So if you still want to "lick this substance from a cone or a spoon"
you about to be educated on "what is ice cream...now". Now if
you have a home ice cream machine, you can control the ingredients
and turn an old-time favorite back into an "indulgence" again.
Ice cream is very much like religion, once you say goodbye you
dont go back.
