Black River Jct was a magnet attraction. Especially back in the
early 1970's. Hang out there long enough and you would see
a lot of trains on the double-track BN mainline plus all the UP-
MILW action on "their" line between Tacoma and Seattle.
Black River Jct is where the MILW transcon veered to the east.
