Old news.

Time limits have expired.

Because of the "One Day Rule" BJPC has a definite agreed upon timetable for awarding prizes. This same story was reviewed by the BJPC 4, going on 5 months ago.

Awarding a prize now would expose BJPC for a replay violation. Entry must be made on the first existing post, which during further inquiry, was not played.

As this entry has been made with full foresight and availability of a search feature to reveal if a duplicate post exists, An elite panel of Arbitrators call on the BJPC to severely fine the offending party to prevent a future occurance.

In fact we're thinking that a recoup of prizes equal to a drop of Karmal that a fag who flys a pink flag on his boat endured would be quite appropriate.

Now to call the Aye's and the Nays....
