Every pizza in my world has no anchovies. I try to incorporate leftover
chicken on my pizzas. Need to make one soon...you got me thinking
about it now.

I like to make what I call a "Canadian Chicken and pineapple pizza".
The pizza sauce has to have a "fennel seed" flavor to it. I use
several tsps of the ground and it always screams for more.
If you happen to have handfuls of fresh basil available, chop it
up and throw it on. The leftover chicken...you can do things
to it. Teriyake marinade/sauce, sweet chili sauce, garlic butters,
use your imagination. The key is to make something really great
from leftover chicken. Stretch that green blue pink electric dollar.

Fennel seeds good Uke. They add that "licorice" flavor to dishes. Not
eating fennel seeds bad for digestion. Anytime you eat pizza, your
digestive system has a lot of work to do. Makes for a huge "stool"
the next day.
