I don't even know what that means. These 'sources' that you quote, seem to have a definite agenda. Either their agenda falls into an anti-Obama rant, in which the president has powers heretofore unknown, even to Michelle.
Or...the aniversary of bin Laden's death is akin to a national holiday. Personally, maybe bin Laden provided funding which helped immensely in 9/11. But being the de facto "Mastermind of...9/11," I still doubt that he was anything but the funding dupe. The group behind that entire episode was far more organized than anyone had ever given a group such as Al Qaida, prior to the event.
This latest 'scam' that the US government would outsource our voting tallies to another country, an 'ally' like Spain perhaps, smacks of paranoia, or another agenda... Perhaps Euro hatred.
Spending time reading everything the internets offers... Might be hazardous. Depends. An open mind, seeing both sides, or all sides of an issue is a difficult path, but treading that path seems to work...
