Penn Central 's "TU" Tower was at the South Portal of the Weehawken Tunnel controlling the entrance to Weehawken Yard. Later during Conrail it was called CP-02 and CP-03 and was on the Riverline South.
Weehawken, NJ

Looks like a place I may have worked in a previous lifetime.
"Trying to concentrate on work when it really stinks out".
My "tower" was Br. 37 in Everett Wa. A mere frisbee throw
from the "stink of Everett" for 50-60-70 years. This
Weyerhauser Kraft Mill was still in full operation through the
mid-90's. Ineresting when the mill shutdown for good, the population
of the city doubled in 10 years. It was quite an experience working
so near this mill. The bridge parking lot was within the mill.
The stink is gone but not the memories.
