The "extra hour of sleep" is pretty much bullspit. I worked
quite a few of those "9-hour" shifts and no worse for wear.
In the GPNW means its dark at 5pm. Need to gather firewood
and other mundane tasks before dark. The evening rush-hour
traffic becomes a lot more challenging. MIR within range now.
