 The reason I used a White Owl is reference...especially the Ranger referance is self explanitory.

I was refering to making a blunt...or opening up the cigar and putting the required amount of weed inside...

altho I never did it, and could be using a smaller cigar like a swisher sweet mite be the kind that was actually used...

Anyway I guess I should have explained it but I feared that that would expose me as talking bout something I knew nothing about

as is common with the Cliff Claven part of my personality. (staying with arguing the other side just to argue) Are you confused now?
