Just breaking a fluorecent tube is worriesome enough
(if you know whats in those tubes) and now we have
thrust on us a whole new generation of light bulbs
all of which is "toxic event" for whoever breaks one.
I got one in operation in my lamp atop my entertainment
center. Takes about 5 minutes before its bright enough
to read anything. Disposing of these spent bulbs in the
garbage is a no-no. Whats wrong with this picture?
