Rails and circadian rhythm issues go hand in hand.
I believe once they're damaged you're rarely going to be like the "normals".
There are ways to mitigate the problem.
Not just rails. Nope. In a very general sense, 'depression' has so many more components, and simplifying it shows extreme naivte on the part of these 'scientists,' and researchers. Reality being reality, the root causes of depression are far more complex than simply saying it's all due to a disruption in circadian (sleep/wake) patterns. This may be just ONE component in the research, but is not the be all, end all solution, or a cure all for depression.

Hmm. That address doesnt look right. It looks like the link pointing here was faulty.
What you are depressed about could be a secret you cant tell nobody. Or it could be a "disabilty" of some kind that puts and end to what was normal life. The transiting Planet Saturn making an aspect to any natal planet in your chart can make for some "real depression" in some areas of your life. The Saturn Celestial Influence is real and it always shows up when a lesson is ongoing. Many more serious topics as we get older and have to face. Some still have mothers or fathers still alive for not much longer. So Depression...so how do I handle it? I have come up with something...its all I can say for now.
