She fired her .22 caliber at a car full of children.

Oscar Scott, his wife, and five children were returning home from a family trip to Virginia when they decided to take a scenic route home. Scott got a little lost, and had to turn around to head back to the highway. He backed up into a narrow driveway to reverse the car, and all of a sudden shots were fired. Scott explained

She fired one shot and my wife hollered and told her were just turning around, and then she shot again. We got out of there pretty well as fast as we could. I still dont really know what her problem was.

No one was hurt, thankfully.

Scott notified officials, who arrested the woman, named Margie Rhea Ramey, who confessed. She claimed, she has had a continuous problem with people tearing up her driveway. She was then booked into Hawkins County Jail on seven counts of felony reckless endangerment, but bonded out later that night.
