Well for starters Independence Hall graces the back of the note.

Independence Hall is in Philadelphia.

The Liberty Bell is depicted inside an ink well of shifting ink.

The Liberty Bell is in Philadelphia.

The Declaration of Independence is on the front of the bill.

The Declaration of Independence was signed in Philadelphia.

 Ben Franklin is on the front of the bill and is also a watermark visible from the front or back of the bill.

Ya cant get more Philadelphia than Ben
