Not surprised, here. But...

What a bummer, eh.

The guy has a ministry to the whores and streetwalkers. He has to appear like a real John

and so offers money, asks about services provided, etc to identify women that he can reach out

to and help. After they reach the area where the act is to be preformed he reveals his true identity and 

commences to pray over and prophesy to the woman to turn her back on the straight and narrow. 

The Chief of Police and the Mayor, along with several other outstanding Cincinatti Eldermen backed

up Father Mcgongale. The Mayor quipped "Well if ya arrest him, ya mite as well take me too.

The Chief of Police chastised the Park rangers reiterating his campaign promise to combine the ParkRangers

with the police dept  eliminating duplication of services, and too many personnel.

Ed Koch only commented that $50 Bucks sounded a little low.
