Smog in China prompts authorities to display sun on giant screens

We should be doing that here in the GPNW because

we are in a foggy pattern as opposed to a smoggy

pattern way over in China. Not sure how the billboards

will work with the sun shining. China seems rather slow

in correcting their air polluting sources so every year

its worser than the previous years. Their worser

right now is the highest recorded smog level ever

in the world or near it.

I can tell you TW5K that in North America it wont work. Now if you
had billboard with infra-red heaters able to heat a square city block that
many people would flock to that billboad and look at it a lot. But
you know that isnt going to happen either. Is that you in that avatard?
Suppose the 2nd artic vortex thing to hit is old news to you.
