I keep to simple solid colors t-shirts except for my

Mariners T-shirt.

I prefer the solid colour tees with the exception of a few affiliations, as well.

Perhaps the fellow above may have flew under the radar better with the " Beer Makes You Smart" T.

I was thinking like a full frontal facial of Bob Marley on the front of your
T-shirt. I dont recall ever wearing a t-shirt with any "message/promotion"
of getting high..well actually I did have a few "T's". Once someone gave me
before I actually knew what it meant but it was clever artwork involving
"snow-seal" or cocaine seal or some new hip item associated with coke.
The same person also gave me this very clever t-shirt with some great
artwork and the line/phrase "beunos snortas". All these shirts eventually
wore out and went into the garbage.

Yes the Marley Shirts are popular out here. Big, warm alpaca sweater/jackets sold by South Americans nomads with vans, tu. Canuckistan flag ball caps with a cannabis sprig center leaf. That sort of stuff. Sort of sends a message to people. Maybe. We still have prohibition. Not strictly enforced, but it's there. Ha. Coke. The pause that refreshes. Not here, though. A friend experienced some problematic issues once upon a time. That and meth would still be strictly frowned upon by the local constabulary , as it is most places, nowadays.

There was another T-shirt I forgot..."Boogie Til You Puke". It was a shirt Budget Tapes and Records
issued in a small batch and since I was an employee late 1978 I got one. Bright yellow T with "Boogie
til you Puke" in black letters across the front. Now if that isn't a statement. The shirt wore out like all
the others. Incase you never heard Root Boy Slim or the song I found it for you.

The only insignia t-shirts I own are logos from my alma mater, that fine little party school in southeast Buckeyeland, not that I would know anything about any parties.

I remember my brother's old t-shirt, which displayed a big mug of beer and read, "Glass of 1970". Mild stuff today, but this in a era when there was 3.2% beer ready for purchase by 18 year olds in the Buckeye State.

Root Boy Slim and the Sex change Band with the Rootettes is what I'm talking about.
There is a live of that band on Youtube. Really ridiculous stage act almost too ridiculous.
Found Root Boy Slims latest effort that came out a few years ago. The whole album is
available by song on YouTube if you want to delve further. Root Boy Slim has an interesting
perspective on things. Maybe carrying on the Captain Beefheart approach in some ways.
Had to pick a tune off the latest LP/CD and this is the tune.
