Most of the states on this list, no surprise. Especially Illinois. But how the hell did South Dakota join the club? Read on for a few answers:http://fortune.com/2014/06/10/most-corrupt-states-in-america/?xid=tab_rss

BurningJournaldotcom does not endorse any of this tripe. The Staphph

Huh? They had to correct the story to get Indiana University (son is a proud alum) right. Alaska? But with Sarah leading the charge on all things correctly conservative, how can that be? With Minnesota being the home of Michele, how'd they miss? Oh, wait. . .

Alaska. No secret at all. For Alaskans. Real Alaskans, (not transplanted lower 48ers) are proud of the state's rep! You doubt it? They'll shoot ya if ya argue the point!

Now Minnesota, that's a strange case really. BurningJournaldotcom has no comment at this time.

But rest assured with prominent names like Bachmann, Al Franken, and Garrison Kiellor, all claiming to be natives (Although Michele B. has a huge following in Iowa), BJ knows for sure that Kiellor is a native son! Born and raised out on the edge of the prairie... He knows more about Minnesota than any living being who claims residence!

Ah shit!  Misspelled Garrison's last name. It's Keilor, not Kie... Sorry.

And since it's really a slow news day, and you also got nothin' else ta do Cy, here's a list of famous people from Minnesota. Excluding what's his name... Never mind! Jesse Ventura is from the uh... great state of Minnesota. So's Bob Dylan (Zimmerman), Prince, and this chic...gal. Although we at BJ have never heard of her, nor why she's on the list, other than she has roots...

To which Bucket will say, "Phukk Mr. Zimmerman", because he's never been back and Bucket holds a special grudge for those phukkers and he finds Mr. Zimmerman, annoying, besides. Although, truly, Bucket, tell us, are you a MN native, like our good buddy, BD, or native to the state that you and Mr. Walker (BD, tu) currently share?

BTW, I didn't see BD's name anywhere on that list of prominent natives.  But I didn't know about Dr. Demento being a Minnesotan, either.
