Really?  Snippy, of all people, should know that saying never is never a good plan.

A little Arctic blast?  Hmph.

I have to admit Snippy chose a great area to settle down.
But everything is changing so fast that Snippy
should soak-it-in now..the weather he remembers that was
so good.

Just built our first stove fire.  Temp is 18 degrees F in KY.

You can convert Celsius to F with no pencil or calculator.  Take the C temp, double it, subtract 10%, add 32.  It works!

18 deg is still cold in KY.  bleh

Snippy was standing in it, but the picture came out too selfie.

You may need to come down here to settle up with a really bad burger.

I have left the burger outside so the cats can piss on it. It should be ready in a week...

In my hood its been 18F and below for the last week in the we hrs

of the morning. I got "frost-heave crystals 5" high in my garden paths

and behind my garage.  No herb I had still growing survived this cold.

But some how my decorator cherry tree still with every leaf intact after

7-8 straight nites of teen temps. All the leaves are brown and ready to

go but go up and try to pull a few off and its like they are glued on.

I know from past years that the decorator cherry tree does eventually

drop its leaves. Mowed my lawn today Nov 18. Mostly it was a mow to

"rake-up" the windswept leaves that have accumulated the past week.

I usually have one more mow before or after Thanksgiving and then

that its. The last mow is always a "rake" as a rotary lawn mower just

loves to eat-up leaves on the lawn.
