Norfolk, Va. On Tuesday, a Norfolk woman was accused of having sex with a man who police say was unconscious in a parking lot.

Authorities received calls about an exposure in progress at 6025 E. Virginia Beach Blvd.

The caller told dispatchers that a couple was involved in a sexual act in the parking lot.

Once police arrived, they found them at the scene.

At the time, the man was unconscious and unresponsive. He was then take to Sentara Leigh Hospital.

The woman accused in this case, 36-year-old Kimberly M. Jackson, was arrested and charged for being drunk in public.

Other charges could be pending. She has been released on bond.

PONTIAC, Mich. A 25-year-old man told police that he was stabbed after finding his wife in bed with her own father, WWJ reports.

It happened just after 3:30 a.m. Saturday when the man arrived at his home on West Rundell Avenue to find his wife, completely naked, in bed with her father, police say.

The man then reportedly woke his father-in-law up and the two began to fight.

Police say the father-in-law, identified by authorities as Henry Allen Michael of Detroit, allegedly stabbed the younger man in his back with a knife. He then fled the scene in the victims car.

The victim was taken to McLaren Hospital with a non-life threatening stab wound.

Authorities later spoke to the 24-year-woman who said she was out drinking with her father then passed out when they returned to her house. She says she did not know what had happened until her husband woke her up, police say.

The woman said she thinks she was sexually assaulted and insisted on being examined at the hospital.

Michael, who was staying at the couples home after being released from prison, was later arrested.

According to Oakland County authorities, Michaels criminal history includes a 1992 robbery for which he was found guilty, sentenced to 20 years and released in 2012. Then, in March of 2015, Michael pleaded guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon.

Norfolk, Va. - A Norfolk city employee is facing several charges after a woman told police he sexually assaulted her several times.

 

Police have arrested Andrew Prause, who is listed in documents as a Norfolk City Employee who has worked for the Parks and Urban Forestry department for the last seven years.

On September 5th at 7 p.m., a 40-year-old woman filed a report saying that Prause, 45, sexually assaulted her between August 1, 2015 and September 5th in the 5900 block of Monaco Court.

Prause was arrested a few hours later after the report was filed.

He has been charged with rape, abduction, object sexual penetration and sexual battery.

He is now in the Norfolk City Jail on no bond.

BURBANK, Calif. (AP) A 24-year-old man has been charged with elder abuse after authorities say he punched a 78-year-old man over free Nutella waffle samples at a Los Angeles-area Costco store.

Prosecutors say Derrick Gharabighi, of Burbank, was charged Tuesday.

They say he was hoarding samples of the waffles at the Burbank Costco on Sunday morning when the 78-year-old told him to take just one.

Prosecutors say Gharabighi then punched the older man in the face.
