They are that, and more! Some damn good designers/engineers of everything, well almost everything... Lotsa useful schitt. Cars, airplanes, optics, surgical techniques, and equipment.

And the ONE biggie, the engine that powers the world, named after that man; Diesel. You find 'em everywhere, in all kindsa allplications, in sizes from tiny models, to HUGE 10,000+ HP container ship main power.
