10,000 naked men reach out to grab "Lucky Sticks" for 2019

Apparently this never gets old as its in its 510th year of doing this. Who thought of doing this 510 years ago and it would be so popular today.

"Lucky Sticks" got to be equivalent to "Magic Wands".  I haven't heard from last years winners to see how lucky 2018 was for them.
