In our changed climate the storms have additional factors. Staggering rainfall rates/inches per hour. My town wouldnt do so well
with 5" rain in a couple hours or even a day. I've tried to imagine what my hood would look like. It would be a disaster. When floodwater
is raging down main street of town sweeping away 100's of vehicles the situation is dire. Water damage to 100,000's of homes.
Agriculture/food growing destroyed and a late planting if its even possible at all. Strong winds and hail no good for the crops.
Many people affected. Homes ruined. Job is gone. Car with flood damage. Business closed due to flood damage.
Pretty serious stuff what the weather can do to you. For the record Mercury and Venus were both retrograde. Does seem to matter
any more what the celestial is as the weather "controllers" dont care.
If you are in a horror movie, you make bad decisions, its what you do.
